Do you ever feel frustrated with your knitting? Do you lose your count on a cast on? Do you forget where you’re at within a pattern, or repeat, and make mistakes? The mind is a busy place - but can also be a powerful tool to be trained to enhance your satisfaction and productivity in your knitting.

Julie J. will cover these topics in this 3 part workshop:

Multitasking vs Focused Attention; Being Present Now; Guided Meditations: Breaking Free from Action Addiction; Slowing Down in order to Speed Up; Unconscious Bias, Seeing more Clearly; Creative mind space; Mental Block and Boredom and Practicing Mindfulness at Home.

No supplies or homework required - other than bringing some yarn and needles for practicing mindful exercises. This class is for the beginner and the experienced knitter/crocheter, alike.

Please sign up by July 5th.
