You're Invited

We are very pleased to invite you to a special event at the shop.  Sandy Barnes from Shibui will be joining us on Tuesday October 29^th from 6-8pm to guide us through an introduction of their Mixology concepts.  Shibui has designed four seasons of stunning patterns that all utilize their beautiful yarns held together in different combinations. For those of you that may be resistant to try double or even triple stranding yarn for a project, this evening of hands-on yarn sampling will give you a chance to try your hand at different yarn combinations to create new fabrics that benefit from the features of each yarn.  We hope that by casting on and giving it a try, you will instantly decide that this simple technique is well worth the stunning results.We’ll have time to look through all the pattern offerings, color cards for all of the Shuibui yarn lines, and feel first-hand what each yarn combination is like.  Patterns will be available, and we’ll be able to special order any out of stock Shibui yarn that you would like to experiment with on your own.Light refreshments will be served.Space is limited, so call the shop at 970-407-1461 to reserve your spot for this very special FREE event.
